Shipping and return policies for Harsh Vibes

Shipping Info
We will do our best to ship orders within 1 week of receipt. We'll try to use the most cost effective shipping method available.

International orders (e.g. those from customers outside of the U.S.) may take longer to arrive. We will still make a best effort to ship orders within 1 week.

If we know in advance that orders will be delayed during a specific time period because we're on tour or something we'll post something on the order page.

Return Policy
For returns or exchanges please email info@harshvibes.com with the following details:
item purchased
the email address associated with the order
reason for return or exchange

If you are looking to exchange a shirt for size please include the new size and your shipping address.

For returns or exchanges due to size or preference the buyer will be responsible for return postage.

In the case of damaged items we will ship a new item free of charge (with evidence of damage).

If you have an issue that isn't addressed above please send us an email and we can work it out. Thanks!
